Online psychotherapy and counselling sessions are provided through secure virtual platforms by regulated professionals authorized to practise within their jurisdiction.

Individual Psychotherapy & Counselling

$260 CAD per 50-minute session

Services may include support for anxiety, stress, depression, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and other personal or emotional concerns using evidence-informed approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and supportive psychotherapy.

Couples Counselling

$330 CAD per 50-minute session

Insurance / Third-Party Billing

$260 CAD per session

Coverage and reimbursement depend on individual insurance plans and provider eligibility requirements. Clients are encouraged to verify coverage directly with their insurance provider.

Coaching & Wellness Service Fees

Mindset & Sober Coaching

$125 CAD per 50-minute session

Goal-focused coaching support designed to assist with motivation, accountability, lifestyle habits, sober living goals, mindset development, and personal growth.

Nutritional Consulting

$110 CAD per 50-minute session

Nutrition and wellness-focused consulting designed to support healthy lifestyle habits, meal planning support, energy and wellness goals, and general well-being.

Wellness & Lifestyle Support

$95 CAD per 50-minute session

Supportive wellness-focused sessions designed to encourage balance, self-awareness, stress management, healthy routines, and personal development.

Session Information

  • Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length.
  • Online services are provided through secure virtual platforms.
  • Payment is required in advance of scheduled appointments.
  • Consistency and regular attendance are encouraged to support progress and continuity.
  • Missed or cancelled appointments may be subject to the full session fee in accordance with the clinic cancellation policy.

Corporate workshops and wellness sessions are available for organizations, teams, and employee wellness initiatives.
